  • Your role as we grow our roster, our subcontractors, and our systems is to help the CEO and the team successfully launch new and existing offers, improve client relations and experiences, and manage various projects from content repurposing, to rolling out reward and referral programs, to systems management and client project management.

    You must be meticulous about the technical side of building systems but also the people side of things. Being organized and creative definitely doesn't hurt either.

    This position is 5-7 hours a week to start. On some weeks like launches, and big system builds, you can expect an uptick in hours ranging from 8 - 10 hours.

    Assisting in our Operations & Launches at the basic level look like:

    Minimum Expectations: This is a remote and sometimes in-person role with a flexible schedule.

    You are expected to have a strong internet connection, ability to travel and your own computer.

    This is an hourly contracted role (starting at 20 hours a month).

    This role has a 90 day chemistry period.

    Travel & meals covered on in person days.

    We may require availability on weekends, only during launches or in person client events, which will have dates set well in advance -- with flight and hotel expenses reimbursed within reason.

    Technical Preferences Include: We prefer at least 70% of these skills from our candidates:

    Knowledge of GSuite

    Knowledge of ThriveCart

    Knowledge of 17hats (or comparable CRM)

    Knowledge of ConvertKit

    Knowledge of MetaBusiness Suite (or comparable scheduler)

    Knowledge of Slack

    Knowledge of Asana (and it's premium features)

    Knowledge of the Digital Marketing Industry, Ecomm or Copywriting Industry

    Operations & Administrative Experience
